SueMyCar is a blog that will discuss our vehicles’ progression from being human controlled to vehicles being controlled by computers and artificial intelligence. In this blog, I will address legal, moral, and ethical issues facing autonomous vehicles.

I intend to discuss many issues confronting autonomous vehicles and the companies that produce these vehicles. This blog will be directed both to current events surrounding autonomous vehicles and to more systematic discussions of autonomous vehicles. Although a lawyer by trade, my analysis and discussion may not be limited to strictly legal issues surrounding autonomous vehicles.

This website is intended to be interactive; I want to hear your thoughts and ideas! Please feel free to comment, email me, or otherwise share the blog posts. Also, if you read a blog post and want to write a rebuttal, please contact me. I have included a page for you to submit questions or post suggested topics for the blog. I will try my best to respond to, or otherwise blog about, each of your suggestions.

Nothing on this blog should be construed as legal advice. If you need legal help, contact an attorney in your state who practices in the needed area.
